While I am still shopping on Second Life at the Network of Business Women in SL.  I have also been checking out some good deals online.  There are some great deals out here.  OMG.  I need more coffee.  looks like it's going to be a major shopping day.  

Cyber Monday is expected to jump 20% this year compared to last year.  I can certainly understand why.  Just think of the crowds, gas costs, and the overall running around from store to store.  Sales are expected to something like 1.5 billion dollars, so many trusty fingers are out there shopping online.

Some of the deals out there is 60% off on a Panasonic TV (Viera/55 Inch) at Amazon as an example.

Second Life Brotherly Love City- A great place to visit for cultural, educational, speakers bureau,  art and music events.  There are two Museums (Art and African American), Penn's Landing, Reading Terminal Market, SL American Bandstand (the original home), Visitors' Center, Spoken Word Garden, Philly Under the Sea (Mer World), and Live at Chez Roz Yacht.

CYBER MONDAYS

So many people are poised for Cyber Monday.  Personally, I prefer Cyber Mondays instead of standing in long lines, vying for an item, and having sore feet.  Not to mention gas costs to jump from mall to mall.
So, I'm taking my day off with a cup of coffee, cozy slippers, and my trusty fingers to go shopping.

Marketing opportunities in Second Life would be to use keywords that are already in the minds of so many and offer a deal, new product, or blog about an item you want to bring to the forefront.

So the keywords are: CYBER MONDAY

Shop till your fingers drop or if you are a business, take advantage of the opportunity to showcase yourself.

It's the weekend and I always reflect on the previous days on Second Life.  I think about the events and activities and look back on the outcome.  Generally, I am energized.  Thank Goodness for Teleport.  I keep dreaming of Teleporting in Real Life.  How wonderful could that be.
